Hi All - It was great to hear from those of you who have successfully completed the long journey. The good news is I may be sending my dossier for apostille by the end of next week. I have been working hard to get everything together in lightening speed. I am hoping to finish over the long weekend. Today I was able to complete the package for immigration so I can change my approval of the country I can adopt from Nepal to Russia. They should receive the package by Monday.
So things are moving along. I am feeling more optimistic.
