The Universe is playing Yo Yo with my Emotions

My agency called me after posting the previous blog and clarified something.  The adoptions that are on hold are for abandoned children and not children who are given up.  Parents who give up their children will have to go through a DNA test to prove they are the biological parents.  So the agency said they are pressing on, but it will take a little longer.
